7 MU players will return after injury for the match against Tottenham

MU will meet Tottenham in the Premier League opening match after the season returns with the reception of 7 players fully recovered from injury.

After more than 3 months of suspension, MU will meet Tottenham on June 19. When Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his team last played in a 5- win against LASK Linz in the Europa League, they didn’t have 7 players because of injury.

Now, Solskjaer coach confirms his squad is completely complete with every player who is fit to play against Tottenham. Below is a list of players who have been absent from Austria.

Marcus Rashford

The England striker has not played since the FA Cup third round match against Wolves in January due to a back injury.
Rashford was suspected of resting the rest of the season, but the surprise holiday gave him time to speed up recovery and will make it to the pitch in the next match.

Paul Pogba

Pogba struggled with an ankle injury throughout the season, making him only eight appearances in all competitions.
The French midfielder has been participating in the first-team training for some time and MU fans are excited about the prospect of him joining Bruno Fernandes.

Diogo Dalot

Dalot has only played 10 matches this season due to a muscle injury. He returned to the game against Liverpool in February but was not included in three Premier League matches before the season was suspended.

Anthony Martial

Martial was forced to sit out in the Europa League after suffering pain in the Manchester derby on March 8. The injury is not serious, so he will be ready to return to Tottenham.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Wan-Bissaka did not accompany the team to Austria due to back pain and will now be fit for the match against Tottenham.

Jesse Lingard

Lingard is another player who missed the match against LASK due to an injury but is looking forward to playing.

Lee Grant

Grant underwent surgery at the beginning of the year. The veteran goalkeeper has practiced in recent weeks but did not expect to play in front of Spurs.
